A Watford player and two members of staff have tested positive for coronavirus.
They're among six individuals connected to the Premier League to contract Covid-19, with Burnley assistant manager Ian Woan also among those infected.
Tests were carries out on Sunday and Monday as part of the top-flights "project restart" plan.
