But Castleknock, in their first ever senior final, battled to draw level at 7 each at half-time.
Vincents experience told in the second-half, and late points from Enda Varley, Ruairi Trainor, and Joe Feeney eventually allowed them to win on a scoreline of 15 points to 10.
