Southampton have ended Chelsea's winning run after a 1-1 draw at St Mary's in the early Premier League game on Saturday.
Minamino gave the Saints the lead at St Mary's before the visitors equalised with a Mason Mount penalty after the break.
The Blues had won their previous five games in all competitions. The results leaves Chelsea 4th and Southampton 13th in the table, with the rest of the weekend's fixtures to come.
