Ireland under-21 international Aaron Connolly scored a brace as Brighton beat Tottenham in Saturday's early Premier League game.
The Galway native was handed his first start in the Premier League, and took full advantage. His second goal was particularly impressive, as he finished in the far corner from just inside the box.
For Spurs manager Pochettino, things have gone from bad to worse following Tuesday's heavy Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich in London. They remain outside the top four, and ten points behind leaders Liverpool ahead of their clash with Leicester this afternoon.
