Man City will take a slender advantage into next week's second leg of their Champions League semi-final with Madrid.

The hosts beat Real by 4-goals to 3 at the Etihad last night.

The sides meet again next Wednesday at the Bernabeu - and City boss Pep Guardiola wants his players to be more clinical:

"In football the result is the result, but out form was exceptional.

"We know we have to maybe rise the level or play better to reach the final.

"But this competition demands that."
