Benfica have confirmed that Manchester City have signed goalkeeper, Ederson.
The 23-year-old Brazilian has joined for a fee of €40m and becomes Pep Guardiola's second signing of the Summer.
In a statement to the Portuguese stock exchange Benfica confirmed: "Benfica has reached agreement with Manchester City for the amount of 40m euros."
They also confirmed 50% of the fee will be paid to "third parties".
City sources say the transfer cannot be concluded until the third-party element is resolved to the Premier League's satisfaction.
