Good news for train passengers this evening.
The strike at Irish rail has been suspended after unions agreed to put a Labour Court recommendation to its workers.
Under the terms, workers would get a 7.5 per cent pay rise over the next three years.
Staff would also get a once-off voucher for 500 euro this December.
