Third Legal Challenge Brought Against Planned Apartments In Raheny.

A third legal challenge has been brought against planning permission for 657 apartments near St Anne's Park in Raheny.

The Irish Times reports, the High Court yesterday granted leave to an environmentalist, to take the latest challenge.

The two other challenges are by a local residents and the Louth Environment Group.

The proposed apartments development, on former lands of St Paul's College, Sybil Hill Road, was giving the go ahead by An Bord Pleanála in August.
