People renting homes in Rathmines and Portobello say they’ve been the target of evictions or threatened evictions just two weeks before Christmas.
They gathered outside the offices of a property agency, who acts on behalf of a vulture fund to voice their outrage.

They say landlords are using excuses like ‘substantial refurbishments’ to force low & middle income earners out of community.

They're calling on local politicians to step up and help tackle and regulate the sector.
