Members of the public have been urged to heed safety warnings.

It comes after more than 36,000 customers are still without power following Ophelia.
Met Eireann says some flooding is expected this weekend, mostly in coastal areas.
However, the National Emergency Coordination Group says Storm Brian does not present exceptional public safety issues.
