The Housing Minister's made a second attempt to fix legislation on rent caps.
Simon Coveney's had to return a complicated mathematical equation to the legislation in order to make it "legally and constitutionally sound".
Initially he'd removed it last night after it was highlighted the way it was written could result in rent hikes of 8 percent in rent pressure zones.
