Unions and management at Irish Rail are at loggerheads over the training of new recruits at the company. They've returned to talks at the Work Place Relations in a long running dispute over working conditions. Drivers are threatening strike action if their demands for a shorter working week aren't met. Speaking this morning the NBRU's Dermot O'Leary and Irish Rail's Barry Kenny accused each other of moving the goalposts:
