Pedestrianisation trial extended in Dublin

All Q102 News

The trials have proven popular with Dubliners

The pedestrianisation trial of parts of Dublin is being extended until the end of the month.

Dublin City Council also says from next week, seven-day permissions for outdoor tables and chairs will be granted at a number of locations.

The council says the trial is continuing due to extremely positive feedback following the first three weekends.

A number of streets around Grafton Street, including South William Street, Duke Street and Drury Street, will be closed to traffic from 11am to 11pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
