A preliminary examination of Rescue 116's Black Box has shown there were no mechanical issues with the helicopter.
The Air Accident Investigation Unit says they've issued the report, as this type of aircraft is in operation around the world, and many people are anxious to know if any immediate safety actions are required.
It says the examination of the device is ongoing and a preliminary report will be issued in the near future.
Meanwhile rough sea conditions have again been hampering efforts to move the wreckage of the helicopter today.
Gerard O'Flynn from the Coast Guard says they hope moving it, will give some indication of the whereabouts of the two missing crew members:
