Commuters are bracing themselves for another morning of potential gridlock in Dublin after yesterday's Luas chaos.
A signalling failure on Dawson Street is being blamed for bringing the city centre to a standstill.
It created a mismatch of traffic flow on the new Luas line's first morning rush hour.
