A 32 year old man remains in Garda custody in connection with a shooting incident in the city centre.
This latest gun attack happened yesterday evening at Drumalee Park just off the North Circular Road.
A man was shot AT up to six times as he attempted to flee a male attacker. He escaped uninjured - and the shooter fled the scene in a red car.
It was later found burned out nearby at Regal Park, just off Blackhorse Avenue.
It's report the attack is linked to the ongoing Kinehan-Hutch feud.
It comes as armed Gardai are to patrol the city streets 24 - 7 from Monday.
Meanwhile, Local Sinn Fein Councillor Janice Boylan, says residents in the area have been left shocked by the incident.
