A man's due in court over a suspected criminal damage by fire incident on the southside.
This man was arrested over a fire at a vacant building on the Shanganagh Road in Ballybrack last August.
The building had already been vandalised during anti-immigrant protests the previous month.
They broke out after rumours it was to be used to house asylum seekers.
The man, in his 20s, is due to appear before Dun Laoghaire District Court this morning.
