Lawyers representing NAMA have issued an order to vacate Apollo House.
It's been occupied by activists who converted it into emergency accomodation for the homeless.
The group who's occupying the building on Tara Street says vacant properties owned by the State agency should be used to house the homeless.
They've renamed the building "Home Sweet Home".
