Eddie McGuinness is the Dublin Pride manager:
"It's not taking anyone's voice away, it's actually giving more power to An Garda Siochana and also the judges to actually be able to deal with incidents of both verbal and physical abuse
"I think it's not just about the LGBT community it's about the wider community together.", he said.
