The Justice Minister will meet with the family of George Nkencho today.
He was shot dead by armed Gardai in west Dublin last December.
They will repeat calls for a public inquiry into his killing, as well as criticising an ongoing GSOC investigation.
Local Fianna Fail councillor, Tom Kitt, says his killing has shaken the local community in Clonee:
"You have an awful lot of young people in the area and you have the schools around the area.
"It's a very active place but when it happened the people were stunned by it and they couldn't believe what had happened".
