Dublin Bus are accepting rail tickets in the affected areas.
UPDATE: Services have resumed but passengers are being warned of delays.
Anyone planning on using the Dart in south Dublin this afternoon will have to make alternative arrangements.
Irish Rail has confirmed that all services are suspended between Lansdowne Road station and Bray/Greystones until further notice.
It's due to a technical issue with the overhead lines.
