Inner City youth asked for opinion on safety

The young people of the North Inner City are being urged to give their thoughts on ways to make the area safer.

It’s part of an initiative by the North Inner-City Community Safety Partnership.

A Youth Café discussion is set for next Saturday.

Chairperson of the group, Cormac Ó Donnchú, is calling on young people to have their say:

"Ultimately it's our youth who avail and spend their time here in the inner city.

"It's vital that their voices are heard and how they feel about safety in the city and indeed what ideas they have that might improve the environment which we all enjoy."
