A number of units of the fire brigade are at the scene of a blaze on Gardiner Street.
It broke out at an office block - but has since been brought under control.
3 fire engines remain at the scene as crews continue to dampen down the building.

There are no reports of any injuries.
While there are delays to traffic in the area as a result of the blaze.
