A fire engine was taken out of action in the city last night after being attacked by youths at a bonfire in the East Wall area.
The vehicle was damaged and had to get repairs before coming back into service.

Dublin Fire Brigade tweeted to say it was fortunate that none of their crew members were injured.
The fire service is calling for respect for its crews in the run-up to Halloween.
