It's emerged a private school in Palmerstown waited 4 days before reporting an alleged sexual assault on a student.
According to the Irish Times, King's Hospital was told of the incident last Friday - the day after it happened.
But it didn't inform Gardaí and Tusla until Tuesday this week.
Two investigation's are underway into the claims made by a 13 year old boy.
