He’s now aged in his 40s and denies engaging in three sexual acts with a 16-year-old girl in Dublin in 2010.
In court today, he denied that the complainant had ever been in his house and denied he had engaged in a sexual act with her in his workplace.
He said they did have some sexual encounters in 2012 but denied that the intimate relationship started in 2010 when she was underage – saying ‘no that’s not true’.
It was put to him by the Prosecution that he had taken her phone number, asked her to keep her age a secret and her evidence is correct.
He replied ‘I disagree.’
