Three calves have died after a crash on the M1.
It happened near J6 Balbriggan ,shortly after 3am.
They'd been in a trailer that got disconnected.
The driver, in his late teens, is uninjured.
The road was closed for an examination but has since reopened.
Garda say investigations are ongoing.
