There's fresh calls for Gardaí to be given bodycams.
Sinn Féin's Martin Kenny says the Justice Minister should be ensuring members of the force have access to any technology that can help them.
It comes as figures yesterday showed the number of crimes reported in the North Inner City is five times the national average.
Deputy Kenny says more needs to be done;
"If you go through the streets of Dublin anywhere and you meet a security man on a doorway they have a bodycam," he said.
"Gardaí don't have that.
"We should be in a situation where Gardaí should be at the leading edge of technology and not lagging behind it."
