Firefighters and paramedics from Blanchardstown helped in the delivery of a baby on Friday night.
The little boy was born in the rear of a Finglas based ambulance.
It is the second pre-hospital baby delivery for Blanchardstown crews this week after they assisted in the birth of twins - a boy and girl - the night before.
Dublin Fire Brigade has tweeted its congratulations to the families.
