Two men have been arrested after an aggravated burglary in Portmarnock.
Shortly after half one yesterday, a homeowner in the Beech Park area found two men downstairs and one was holding a hammer.
They fled in a car that they later abandoned - continuing on foot.
Gardai later arrested the pair in their 20s who were detained at Coolock Garda Station.
They're due in Swords District Court this morning
