A viral video has highlighted exactly what happens when an unwanted creature enters an Irish home without permission.
Tadgh Fleming's family life was thrown into turmoil when a bat decided he wanted to spend some time in their kitchen.
Taking to Facebook, Tadgh explained "So a Bat flew into our house last night.... safe to say it was dealt with in a calm and mannerly fashion."
The hilarious clip shows Tadgh's dad Derry race around the room with a towel, in a bid to safely catch the animal and release him.
While it sounds straight forward, all sorts of hilarious chaos ensued.
Being a typical Irish son, however, Tadgh just screams unhelpful (but hilarious) encouragement at his father.
